ABOUT ME
The person behind
the structure.
My work in Product Development brings together systems thinking, UX research, applied analysis, and product logic. I look for patterns in how people and systems behave, then use what I learn to shape clearer workflows, decisions, and digital experiences.
MY STORY
How IT support shaped the way I build
I started my career in technical support and operations, spending more than 10 years investigating issues, tracing patterns, and seeing how people move through tools and workflows in real situations, not just how a process says they should.
That foundation shaped everything that came after. When I moved into UX research and data analysis, I brought the same instinct: find where the friction is, understand why it is there, and build something that resolves it.
Today, I bring that thinking into Product Development, using research, product logic, workflows, prototyping, testing, and structured evaluation to help turn ideas into functional digital products and experiences.
Structure isn’t the opposite of creativity. It’s what makes creativity usable.

The feedback that matters

GAMING
RPGs, cozy games, and tabletop strategy are usually where I end up after work. I like figuring out how the pieces fit together, whether that means learning the rules, building a character, or getting completely lost in the story.
BILINGUAL BY LIFE
I move between English and Spanish often, which makes me notice how tone, context, and language shape the way people understand information.
Got something worth structuring?
Got a messy system, unclear workflow, or idea that needs more clarity?
